Deadlines

I kind of thrive on deadlines and this one is going to be close.

Carl's bike is all mitered and ready to be cleaned up and tacked. It is a fillet brazed bike so it is high on the finish work department. If I get that bike off to Todd by the week's end I will feel good. The weather around here has a different theory however. We are having a "real" winter and this week looks like it might add some inches to our overall snow accumulation.

Here is Carl's bike after all the machine work:

Fast Back!!

Once I have Carl's bike done I need to start Warren and Woody's tandem. The goal is bringing the tandem as a bike in the raw. Should be lots of everything like miters, welds, brazing, etc, etc.

Then there is the booth which I need to get ready. This year I went big time and got a double booth. The double booth requires me to make a new back drop. If I have the time (I will make the time) a trip to Warren's shop (he is a blacksmith) will help the display look cool with my traditional industrial theme. Like I said I guess I like the pressure!!

Cheers til later,
Drew
