Shuffling things around
Sold my South Bend lathe. Making room for a new toolroom lathe.
The new machine might be here as soon as this week but first I needed to sell my South Bend and make some room in the shop. Today Ed and I moved the South Bend out, moved the Clausing in its place, moved the arbor press into its new home and lastly cleared the space for the new lathe. It was a heavy lifting day since we did all of it with a johnson bar, 2x4's and cast iron gas pipe. Here is the lathe waiting for pick up:
